Common questions
How long does a boiler installation take?
A like-for-like combi swap is usually one day. Conversions or moving the boiler usually take one to two days. [Confirm]
Which boiler is right for my home?
It depends on how many bathrooms you have, your water pressure and how much hot water you use at once. We check all of this at the free survey and recommend the right type and size.
Do you register the warranty for me?
Yes. We register the manufacturer warranty and notify Building Control, and you receive the certificates by email.
Should I consider a heat pump instead?
For some homes a heat pump is a good fit, especially with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant. We can compare both options at the survey.
Is it worth repairing an old boiler?
Often yes, if parts are available and the boiler is otherwise sound. If repairs are becoming frequent or the boiler is over 12 to 15 years old, a replacement can cost less over time. We give you both options honestly.
